Little Seeds
Ages 4 – 7
Includes introduction to gardening concepts, crafts that promote tactile development, and social-emotional learning for children learning independence.
RAD Camp Foundations
-
Teaching how to build and maintain a community Kids' Garden.
Kids learn to grow plants, but also how to harvest them and include them in our food or art projects.
-
Crafts that encourage curiosity and help develop motor and mental development for little minds.
Materials sourced directly from the Earth, or recycled from our own homes.
-
We encourage our students to view food as a process, and they're involved every step of the way.
Our campers get to try a multitude of fresh, seasonal fruits and veggies and often eating foods they've never even heard of before.
-
Our camp works hard to build independence and develop positive space for kids learning to relate to each other.
Each day gives opportunities to become better stewards of our environment and make decisions to directly recycle materials into art.
